New York

chaotic and confusing and a curious mess of cultures and constant consumption. I’m overwhelmed and kept on my toes whilst very happy to be here.

Central Park - a surprisingly peaceful oasis in the very heart of the chaos that is Manhattan.

the Guggenheim - a visual marvel that photos could not possibly hope to do justice, the building itself as impressive (if not more impressive than) the art within.

Grand Central Station - enhanced by Peyton’s fun facts about the history and architecture of the place, and seeing the clock that the giraffe from Madagascar gets his head caught in.

I’m so far from home and in the midst of missing my friends am aware of how lucky I am to be here. each new day brings discoveries and fresh intrigue. I can’t believe I’m here. <<
